Wow, this is a must go to place on Pender! Spectacular views, fantastic fresh food, simple but elegant decor, and very friendly hosts!
Absolutely outstanding food! I had the Japanese temple tasting menu - a truly fantastic sampling of various vegetarian dishes. The ambience was fantastic too!
Beautiful new restaurant right on the water. It's trendy, modern and creative decor is more than inviting. With good food, drinks, staff, views and wonderful boutique merchandise, they have created a well deserved escape from time for all. We also had two dogs with us and were able to get a table right next to the fence where we tied them up. The chef even saw us arrive on the sunny day and immediately came out to grab the dog bowl and fill it with fresh water for our little guys.
A nice quiet restaurant tucked away right on the water. The service was good, restrooms were clean and the food was delicious. My only critique is that I wish the portion sizes were a little bit larger.
Absolutely incredible meal we had at the Hub, I had the homemade pasta and kale salad, and I didn't know kale could taste so good. We also tried a square of the pizza and it was perfection...crispy yet doughy fluffy crust and homemade sauce, incredibly talented chef. Thank you for the beautiful food!
Amazing pasta, awesome vibes, waterfront view. What’s not to love? If you’re on Pender, don’t miss this gem of a restaurant. Food was great. Well-executed, hand-made pasta at reasonable prices. Selection of wines. Friendly service. Reservations are strongly advised to avoid disappointment, especially on long weekends.
It was my birthday and we are not vegetarian. The food was amazing. The pasta delicious. Gnocchi was so the best i have ever eaten and i am a foodie. The chef was fabulous and we had 3 pastas and an amazing salad with fried Tofu. Everything was so good and we tried a bottle Sage Hayward wine which was crisp and a great addition. For dessert we had a flourless chocolate cake. The view over Hope Bay was so beautiful and a bunch of River Otters went swimming before about 10 playing in the water
Very cute place right on the water with fresh tasty food and nice ambience! We especially enjoyed the garlic artichoke flatbread and oyster mushroom gnocchi. Also a nice surprise that it was a vegetarian menu, likely that would be a draw for some people (or deciding factor for others?). We’ll be back for sure.
